Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or discounted sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
If your pottery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
